I have been swagging (taking surveys, watching videos, and searching) for about a month and a half now and have managed to earn enough swagbucks for several Paypal gift certificates worth $150.00.
It is true that you have to set up some rules for yourself to actually make money. First you have to set aside the time that you will use to work the Swagbucks' system. I have allotted myself two hours each day to achieve my daily 200 SBs. One thing that has helped me is I have set up the Swagbucks' button up in Internet Explorer (because I use Chrome for other things) so I open IE to get my first SB (Swagbuck) from logging through the Swagbutton. The Swagbutton will also give you hints on when and where there is any Swag Codes to redeem for extra SBs. Then I move on to complete the "To Do List"
To Do List
Daily CraveThis will get you started out with 8 SBs. Then I go on over to the Watch tab and will watch :30 seconds of as many mini video clips I can handle. Now here I would let it run automatically, but (cough) of course they have set it up so you have to click buttons and respond to the system to move it forward through the video clips. I down loaded the mobile app and can have them both running at the same time (two handed video bandit). After I have had my fill of all the vids I can stomach, I head on over to the survey's. Surveys can be very boring so it is nice to have music going. Well if you know me I have found a way to be paid while listening to music. Yes that's right you can get paid to listen to music. You may go to RadioLoyalty and open free account and start to earn points for listening. It is true that RadioLoyalty is included as a part of Swagbucks - though I have not had very good luck with it operating unattended for very long.
Then I move on over to the Special Offers board under the Discover tab. This is where it is good to set up some strategy. Like I don't purchase an offer just to get Swagbucks (kind of defeats the purpose) also there is a lot of junk here that you don't want to get messed up in (endless emails or phone calls) So I have set up an email account that I direct all of these kinds of offers to and I don't put in my real number (I throw it off by a number). When I have exhausted all the special offers I am on to the games. Swagbucks has some onboard games and games sponsored by GSN (an Online gaming site that I will be writing an article on soon). You can pick up as much as 10 SBs from playing the games. Once I have gamed out my 10SB for the day. I check the Swagbucks Inbox for any stray 2SB offers usually a quick video or quiz. All the while I will plug in several searches in the Swagbucks search bar to acquire a bunch more Swagbucks (SB).
My goal is usually 150 to 250 SBs daily. Which is fairly attainable with all of the aforementioned strategy. You can make more if you can tolerate taking the surveys - but I am usually done with those after one or two (you get screened out of a lot).
One more way to get 500 SBs is by using the Bing Rewards program. I was browsing through the Bing Rewards and located where you can turn 525 Bing Rewards points into 500 SB, which is good for a gift certificates on Swagbucks (my favorite is the Paypal $25.00 for 2500 SB).
So let's do some math if you set a goal to load up 150 SBs daily times that by 30 that is 4500 Swagbucks and when you add the 500 SB from Bing Rewards you get 5000 SBs which is good for a $50.00 Paypal gift certificate (I transfer my Paypal over to my checking account) The best I have been able to achieve thus far is $150.00 (250 SB daily goal) - however this was during the holidays and I used the Shop through Swagbucks to acquire quite a few SBs (like 1383 of them).
What a great program, let's say if you have something you really want but you don't have the extra money for it - well set a goal on Swagbucks and earn the cash to go and buy it Wah-la! I wish you all the best of luck with your new friend Swagbucks and will chat with ya all soon.
